Ado is a celebrated young man with talent and choice who, according to his family and friends, is at the pinnacle of his potential.  So what’s happened and where has he gone?   Charge your mobile, friend Ado on Facebook and travel on a bus to visit places where he lives and plays, interacting with him along the way. Will you get to meet and intercept him or will he continually stay just out of reach?   The real world of Mt Gambier is dubbed and daubed with symbols and projected images that give you, the audience, clues to Ado, his life, associations and inner most thoughts.   Operatic in scale and emotion this semi site specific performance installation work is imaginatively visceral and wholly affecting featuring some of Mt Gambier’s most talented artists this is a must see.

Artists: Gavin Clarke, John Crouch, Cindi Drennan, Jess Foster, Fred Fowler, Jamie Harding, Monica Hart, Caleb Lewis, James Lloyd-Smith, Joel Panther, Chris Petridis, Michael Marner, Steve Mayhew, Steve Tilling, Lachlan Tetlow-Stuart and DJ TR!P

The project was assisted by the Australian Government through the Theatre Board of the Australia Council, its arts funding advisory body, and by the Government of South Australia through Arts SA’s Festivals Commissioning Fund and made possible by Rising Damp and Illuminart.
